What we do
We strive to provide entry-level medical training for students who are seeking careers In Assisted living centers and Homes as Assisted Living Managers and Caregivers. Furthermore, our students are equipped with skills and certifications that enable them to apply for positions in healthcare related fields including hospitals, fire, child care centers, law enforcement, schools and universities.
We strive to improve the health and safety of the general public at work, school and home, by being a resource for critical information, skills training and supplies.
At PMTI, all our Programs in Basic Life Support, CPR and AED, Basic First Aid, Pediatric CPR, AED, First Aid, Blood borne Pathogens, Emergency Oxygen Administration and Assisted Living programs coupled with other medical training programs like Certified Nursing Assistants were designed for individuals and organizations to meet regulatory requirements. In the new normal. PMTI combines its expertise with engaging videos, in-person skill guides, remote training through RSV Program in conjunction with American Health Safety Institute , Medic First Aid and EMS Safety ,powerpoint presentations to efficiently and effectively deliver online and in-person skills experience.
Lucius King is a distinguished professional with a multifaceted career spanning over a decade in the behavioral health and medical industry. Lucius brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. Currently studying A.I & M.L at MIT
Prior to his current position, Lucius held several key leadership positions, including Director for Arizona Behavioral Health Clinic LLC in Arizona since November 2021, and Head of Billing Solutions and Director for Kings Billing LLC since 2022. Additionally, he has served as the Director of Kingdom Behavior Care since 2022, overseeing operations with a commitment to excellence and compassion.
Lucius is deeply involved in philanthropic endeavors as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for United Charities International, a non-profit organization dedicated to aiding people worldwide. His leadership in this capacity reflects his passion for making a positive impact on communities globally.
Before assuming his current roles, Lucius distinguished himself as the Director of Marley park, Hillcrest, Windrose, and Arizona Assisted Living Care Homes, where he demonstrated his dedication to providing exceptional care to residents.
As the CEO of Lucius King Holdings since January 2021 and President & CEO of Phoenix Medical Training Institute since 2018, Lucius has displayed remarkable vision and strategic acumen in guiding organizations toward success.
Lucius’s academic journey is marked by a commitment to excellence. He graduated with top honors from St Henry’s College and earned his bachelor’s degree in economics & Statistics from KYU in 2015. He furthered his education with a master’s degree in development economics from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in 2021. Additionally, Lucius expanded his skill set with a degree in Medical Billing and Coding from Arizona College in 2022 and is currently pursuing certification with the AAPC (American Association of Professional Coders). He is also engaged in advancing his knowledge in financial accounting through studies at Harvard Business School.
With a diverse educational background, extensive professional experience, and a dedication to continuous learning, Lucius King is a dynamic leader poised to drive innovation and excellence in the healthcare industry.
PMTI, was started in 2020 out of the desire to provide the healthcare sector with more hands on certified professional individuals with the skills needed to save lives in both workplaces, homes and healthcare organizations. We provide a triple learning methodology which includes mobile training, In-Person training, blended and online learning modules via desktops, laptops, ipads and smart phones to ensure flexibility and convenience to all individuals.
